Located in Italy, Rome, Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali "Guido Carli", known by the acronym "LUISS" or "LUISS Guido Carli", is an independent university that evolved out of an earlier Roman institution, the Pro Deo, between 1974 and 1978.
LUISS University has four departments, namely: the Department of Economics and Finance, the Department of Business and Management, the Department of Law, and the Department of Political Science.

Applying to Bachelor Degree (Undergraduate) Programs:
On LUISS' website, there are dedicated "cards" for specific incoming students. The cards all apply to students completing their final year of secondary school, whether as an international student, a student from Italy, students in possession of a SAT, ACT and IB, as well as students enrolling in the institution's summer school.
To join LUISS' undergraduate program as a student residing in Italy, you would first need to take an admissions test.
Applying to Graduate (Postgrad & Master's) Programs:
Students applying for graduate programs that have completed their undergraduate qualifications at LUISSA, are required to take an admissions test.
The graduate programs (both Postgraduate and Master's) are on offer to students within their third year of a Bachelor's Degree, whether planning on obtaining their Diploma abroad, those in possession of a GMAT/GRE certificate with specific scores, those already enrolled in LUISS University, or those looking for admission into the RoME Master's in Economics program.
