McDaniel College was founded in 1967 and is one of the first coeducational colleges in the United States. This means it is the first college where females and males get to be taught together rather than separately. The college's campus is located in the beautifully restored, turn-of-the-century school building in Budapest city.
McDaniel's aim is to provide an academic and social environment that promotes liberal learning, which will enable men and women to act critically, creatively, and humanely.
