For all of the courses on offer, you will need:

A laptop, PC or tablet with a microphone and camera. This is so you can ask questions and interact with the group throughout the course; it’s not essential but it makes for a great course when there are lots of questions.
A Zoom account

For any course which focuses on spring design with the IST's software, you will need:

A PC with Windows 8 or higher to run their software
SCP (Spring Calculator Professional, which is the spring technology software) with the correct module(s) for the course; if you do not have SCP, IST's website offers a free trial.

If you have SCP but not the correct module(s), you can get in touch with IST. The Institute can make any missing modules available to you for the duration of the course.
